Toma, Dec. 1, 2025 (AIB) – The monthly flag-raising ceremony was held this Monday in Toma, bringing together staff of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, Animal and Fisheries Resources (DPARAH) of Nayala to reaffirm their commitment to national values.
Presiding over the ceremony, the Provincial Director, Aristide Zonou, reminded participants that public service is rooted in essential principles: discipline, integrity, a sense of duty, loyalty, and active solidarity. According to him, these values must guide the daily actions of every civil servant, especially in a national context where collective resilience remains vital.
Mr. Zonou emphasized that the flag-raising ceremony is not merely an administrative routine but a moment of patriotic communion, strengthening professional conscience and attachment to the symbols of the Republic. He urged staff to embody exemplary behavior in the execution of their duties, as expected from all servants of the State.
He also encouraged workers in the agriculture and livestock sectors to redouble their efforts in supporting producers across the Nayala province. He recalled that food security and the improvement of local resources largely depend on the commitment of field agents.
The ceremony concluded with a call for unity, professionalism, and hard work—key elements for an efficient public service that better serves the population.
